Return Policy


Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. This policy shall apply to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location.

All sales are final.  However, if you have received an incorrect item(s) or if any item(s) is missing from your order, please contact us with details of the error. Please include your order number within your message and we'll be able to investigate further and resolve the problem.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original unopened packaging (with all materials that come with the item or any seal or shrink-wrap intact), unused and/or in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we may require additional information (e.g. receipt or proof of your purchase transaction).

Non-refundable

  • Any item that has been opened;
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Please Note: vinyl records are fragile and easily damaged in shipping, so we can't guarantee it's going to be in perfect condition. Because of this, all new vinyl returns are subject to approval. Items with minor packaging defects and minor warping will not be accepted for return. Items damaged by heat, sunlight, or mishandling after they leave the store will not be accepted for return. We do not guarantee that you will like the music or recording quality of a LP or Cassette, and personal taste does not qualify as a reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will only refund the product price; shipping charges are non refundable, unless we made a mistake.

Please be aware that it may take approximately 30 business days for a credit card refund to be processed and your financial institution may take about 10 business days to reflect a refund transaction to your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@stellaremnant.com.

Exchanges

We DO NOT offer exchanges or replacements because most of products have super limited quantities and we can not guarantee the product will be available at the time we receive the returned product.

Shipping

When making a return, place the item in the box in which it arrived and send it back to us via trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is the result of our error. If you are shipping the package with total price over $70, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in return transit.
